Rules and Regulations

  • Students must wear the prescribed uniform neatly every day. Those who fail to do so will be sent home.
  • Neglecting homework, irregular attendance, late fee payments, or misbehavior may lead to dismissal.
  • Students arriving late or being absent must provide a written explanation from their parents in the school diary.
  • Students must obey the class leaders appointed in the absence of teachers to maintain discipline and order.
  • Damage to school property must be compensated by the responsible student.
  • Parents must check the school diary regularly and take note of teachers' remarks.
  • The Annual Examination for promotion to the next class is held in March as per B.S.E. guidelines.
  • Students who fail twice in the same class will not be allowed to continue their studies at the school.
  • No fee concessions are granted. Examination fees must be paid before the exams.
  • Tuition fees must be paid by the last day of each month, failing which a ₹10 fine will be imposed.
  • Fees and exam fees once paid are non-refundable.
  • Complaints regarding school management or student conduct should be addressed only to the Principal.
  • Guardians must inspect the school diary and progress report of their child regularly.
  • Any legal disputes regarding the institution shall be handled by the District Court of Jabalpur.
  • Boys must keep their hair neatly trimmed and should be clean-shaven. The "mushroom cut" hairstyle is strictly prohibited.
  • Girls must keep their hair well-groomed. Those with long hair should plait it neatly.
  • Jewelry should be avoided, except for simple earrings.
  • Nails must be trimmed properly, and the use of nail polish is forbidden.
  • Student absences should be informed in advance through a leave note.
  • Students arriving without a leave note will not be allowed to attend classes.

  • The student shall be regular and punctual and avail leave of absence only as granted.
  • The student shall be neatly and tidily dressed in the prescribed uniform.
  • The student can only speak English while in the school campus.
  • Students will observe perfect silence and discipline when the class is in progress.
  • The student shall bring his/her diary to the School every day.
  • Children are strictly forbidden to go out of the school during school hours without permission from the Principal.
  • Books, Notebooks, Bags, Tiffin Boxes, etc., should bear the name and class of the owner. The School is not responsible for any lost items.
  • Class Monitors shall maintain class discipline in the absence of the teacher. All students should cooperate with the monitor in maintaining class discipline.
  • If parents notice that their ward is not making the desired progress, they should consult the Principal. Parents are always welcome to ensure the progress of their ward.
  • At least one week's notice in writing must be given for the issue of a "Transfer Certificate / Character Certificate."

Student Responsibility

  • Students are responsible for their own belongings, including books, pens, calculators, cycles, cardigans/blazers, and lunch boxes. The school is not responsible for any loss incurred.
  • Ornaments and jewelry of any kind are not allowed in school.
  • Only English should be spoken within the school premises.
  • The school is a shared space—students should not damage property, furniture, or write on the walls.
  • No unlicensed vehicles of the students are allowed inside the school compound. Cyclists must not ride in the compound.
  • Students should not use mobile phones on the school campus.
Parent-School Relationship

Parent-School Relationship

  • Parents must check the daily diary and sign any remarks, including Unit Test reports, Terminal Reports, and Half-Yearly Reports.
  • Parents should monitor attendance reports. Students absent for more than two days should submit a leave letter signed by the parents to the Principal and record it in the daily diary.
  • When communicating with the Principal, parents must mention the class and section of their child.
  • Children suffering from contagious or infectious diseases shall not be permitted in school.
  • Parents, guardians, or any other persons are not allowed to meet children during school hours.
